Effective Date: 18 October 2026 Welcome to Kitchen Affairs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, customer account, ordering services, delivery options, and related services. Kitchen Affairs operates as a retail brand under DA Culinary Enterprise. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. About Kitchen Affairs Kitchen Affairs sells cooking, baking, kitchen, packaging, appliance, baking ingredient, and related supplies. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications may change from time to time. We aim to keep product information accurate, but minor differences in colour, packaging, size, finish, or appearance may occur. 2. Customer Accounts Customers may be able to create an account to: - place and manage orders; - view order history; - track orders; - save delivery information; - manage account details. Customers are responsible for keeping their login information secure. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order. Kitchen Affairs may suspend or restrict accounts where there is suspected fraud, misuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms. 3. Guest Checkout Customers may place orders without creating an account where guest checkout is available. Guest customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Guest orders may be tracked using the order reference and any additional verification information requested by Kitchen Affairs. 4. Product Availability Products are subject to availability. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that the product is currently in stock. Where a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer to: - offer an alternative; - adjust the order; - delay fulfilment; - cancel the affected item; - issue a refund where appropriate. 5. Product Prices Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis unless otherwise stated. Kitchen Affairs reserves the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed as paid. Once payment has been confirmed, the price applicable to that confirmed order will generally remain unchanged unless there is a clear pricing error. 6. Orders Placing an order does not automatically mean the order has been fully accepted or paid. Orders may move through stages such as: - Order Received; - Being Prepared; - Ready for Pickup; - Dispatched; - Completed; - Cancelled. Kitchen Affairs may contact you if clarification is required before processing an order. 7. Payments Payment instructions will be provided during checkout or through the applicable payment process. Where payment confirmation is manual, an order is not treated as paid until Kitchen Affairs confirms receipt of payment. Kitchen Affairs may request reasonable proof of payment where necessary. Fraudulent, reversed, incomplete, or unverifiable payments may result in an order being delayed or cancelled. 8. Inventory Stock is only reserved or reduced in accordance with our internal inventory and payment processes. Where stock becomes unavailable before payment is confirmed, Kitchen Affairs may contact the customer regarding alternatives or cancellation. 9. Delivery Within Accra Standard delivery within Accra may be available at the rate displayed during checkout. The current standard Accra delivery option is generally estimated at 3–5 days, subject to product availability, order volume, public holidays, courier conditions, and other operational factors. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and, where required, select or confirm their location using the available map or address system. 10. Courier Pickup Customers may choose to arrange collection through courier services such as Uber, Bolt, Yango, or similar services where available. Courier fares are determined by the courier provider and are not fixed by Kitchen Affairs. Where the customer arranges the courier, the customer is responsible for the courier booking and applicable fare. Where Kitchen Affairs assists in arranging the courier, the customer may still be responsible for the courier fare. Risk associated with an independent courier may pass according to the circumstances of collection and delivery. 11. In-Person Pickup Customers may choose in-person pickup where available. Pickup instructions and location details will be provided or displayed by Kitchen Affairs. Customers should wait until the order is marked ready before arranging collection. 12. Orders Outside Accra For eligible orders outside Accra, Kitchen Affairs may deliver to a transport station or other agreed dispatch point. Customers must provide accurate recipient, town, region, phone number, and station or transport details. A standard “to station” charge may apply and will be communicated during checkout or before dispatch. Additional transport charges from the station to the final destination may be payable by the customer directly to the transport provider. 13. Delivery Delays Kitchen Affairs will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the estimated timeframe. Delays may occur due to: - stock availability; - supplier delays; - courier delays; - weather; - transport issues; - public holidays; - incorrect customer information; - events outside our reasonable control. Kitchen Affairs will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 14. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the Kitchen Affairs Returns and Refunds Policy. Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving them. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, food safety, packaging, use, or product condition. Kitchen Affairs does not guarantee that every appliance includes a manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated. 17. Product Images Product images are provided for reference.
